Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for catering?
Our Mezze Package requires a minimum of 20 guests, the Mixed Grill Package requires 15 guests, and the Premium Package requires 10 guests. For smaller gatherings, we recommend our private dining option at the restaurant.
Do you offer hookah for catered events?
Yes, we offer premium hookah packages as an add-on to any catering order. This includes hookah setup, premium Al Fakher flavors, and a dedicated hookah attendant. Hookah service is available for events held at private venues where smoking is permitted.
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard catering and 4 weeks for large events (50+ guests) or premium packages. During peak season (May through September), earlier booking is strongly recommended.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Our menu naturally includes many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We also offer halal-certified preparations. Let us know your dietary needs when customizing your menu and we will accommodate them.
Do you deliver or is pickup only?
We offer full-service delivery, setup, and teardown within the greater San Diego area. Delivery fees vary by distance. Pickup is also available from our location at 1352 Fifth Ave B for any order size.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 to 6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We understand plans change and will always work with you to reschedule when possible.
